I thank you very much your kind interest. I tried to explain the technique years ago in the comments to

Of course, I thank you also very much your offer: you have also a very nice gallery. I'll try to do my best and I'll send you the link if I can achieve something worthy of publishing.

i figure it has something to do with one or two artistic filters and some either liquified or smudge brush effects...considering how much works you had done over the years, it must be a rather fast technique... which is what i would like as i like to swing between styles* as you can see from my gallery i jump from photograph of people, to landscapes, to animals, to 3D graphic, to 3D animation, to photo-manipulation and back to photography all the time... i had done some painting effect to photos before, but never as you good as what you have done.
The main filters I actually use (I don't know if these are their proper names in english, I use the spanish version of PS) are focusing mask, smooth focusing, surface blur, and dry pen; and as for tools: shadows/lights, HDR tones and selective correction. By middle term, I use about one hour in every image but this is very variable: sometimes I stay days doing little retouches. By other hand, I think that we all need time to improve our techniques: as you can see in my gallery, my first submissions were really bad. It's not only question of the filters one use but how one uses them, and this means fondness and time to learn. Many people think that the use of a filter means merely to press a button and it's not so.

It's been a very, very long time since I visited here, and now that I've been able to return I'm even more impressed with your work. This gallery is one of the most original and artistic pinup galleries at dA. The poses are natural, sweet, and not "artsy," and the treatment given to the images provides a slightly washed, sunny, light effect that makes the viewer want to keep looking. The models are lovely, and it's nice to see a variety of shapes and sizes. It'd be even nicer to see this variety extended to include differences in skin color, too. I have no doubt that you'd do quite well with that.

Keep up the wonderful work.
So many thanks for your kind and encouraging words.
